When there is a massive quake in the neighborhood, a huge loss of lives and buildings are reported via media. If not immediately but sooner or later, our country is surely going to feel the ripple effect.
The earthquake 🫨 that happened on March 30 in Mayanmar, saved all of us Indians from another natural disaster. We all were safe except the sudden news headlines that stir the heart and soul of any human who knows how it feels to live on the earthquake prone belt of the earth. The earthquake shook Mandalay, Myanmar, Naypidaw. The neighbouring Bangkok, Thailand, Bangladesh and China too felt the tremor. The tourist hotspot of Myanmar attracts several people every year and this time there was no exception.
The earthquake was 7.0 magnitude in the Richter Scale, and the next day Nepal too felt it at 4.0 seismic level. Shocks and aftershocks were reported from several places. The news headlines and the gory pictures, helpless people who were still under damaged buildings, spoke volumes about the loss of Myanmar who is under military rule. It is heard that the tremor had a catastrophic damage in the history of Myanmar. On 28th March 12:50: 54 MMT 7.7–7.9 earthquake struck the Sagaing Region of Myanmar, with an epicenter close to Mandalay, the country's second-largest city.
